The chute has to breathe. The ventilation cap is located on your roof so air and pressure leaves through the top instead of leaving odor in your hallways.
Our materials are compliant at 24GA galvanized steel and run the full height of your building and is stacked in sections ranging from 48" to 12" in height.
This system runs on a fixed schedule to disinfect the bacteria that grows on these pipes, its not required by does save from those annual chute cleanings.
A fire sprinkler is usually located every 2 floors inside your trash chute and helps prevent fires from spreading floor to floor in-case of an emergency.

This is your standard 2-cubic-yard container on wheels that captures all the trash. It can be a front or rear-load, depending where it sits against your wall.
This is what powers the hydraulic rams on your compactor. It runs completely on its own, but has a control panel in-case you need to operate it manually.
If you want to eliminate most of the odor from your trash room this is a unit that doses the trash chute shaft on a timer to treat the smell at its source.

How it works
Every job is different, for a regular service call we can take a look then send you a proposal. If its an emergency call then we usually get it done the same day.
Standard calls take 1-2 days for a visit and emergency calls are same day.
We send a certified technician to check the entire system including edge cases.
Depending on the job we would either fix it on the spot or send a proposal first.
After finishing we let you know its done, show you its working then send invoice.
